Return Policy

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. We encourage you to take your time in selecting your purchases, and of course feel free to reach out to us with any questions regarding sizing or styling!
If your order was placed without registering or signing in to your Eyeme.ca account; you will have to register, or sign into your Eyeme.ca account to view and apply your store credit.

We accept all returns postmarked within 30 days from when it was delivered

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, hair accessories, bodysuits Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date All items marked “FINAL SALE” Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains without the original box – the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps Eyeme reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and to update this Policy at any time without notice.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Contact customer service at info@eyeme.ca.  A representative will walk you through the process and provide you with the return labels.

RETURN PROCESSING

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited via store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

EXCHANGES

Can be done for items not damaged, washed, worn or altered items, items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume, and/or stains Must have the original box – the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps Eyeme reserves the right to determine the eligibility for exchanges and to update this Policy at any time without notice. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
