ORDER STATUS
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received, when it is processed and when it’s about to ship. Once the product is shipped you will receive the tracking number for your shipment. At any time should you want to know your status you can also contact customer service at info@eyeme.ca
TRACKING
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the product has shipped.
CHANGE MY ORDER
Unfortunately once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes.
CANCEL MY ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately. Once an order reaches a certain state of processing we will not be able to cancel. contact info@eyeme.ca
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR MISSING ITEMS
Contact our Customer Care Team if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color) within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect. info@eyeme.ca
